李瑾，女，武汉市人，湖北省美术院专业画家，中国美术家协会会员。2002年毕业于湖北美术学院油画系，获学士学位。2008年毕业于俄罗斯国立列宾美术学院绘画系，梅尔尼科夫教授大型纪念碑性绘画工作室，获硕士学位。
