赵崇敬(1934.7—)别名王雨，河南南阳人。擅长漫画、中国画。1953年毕业于地方 戏剧学院华东分院美术设计系。历任《铁路建设报》编辑。作品旧事 漫画《有感于都发服装》获1984年全国好旧事 1 等奖。作品有漫画《西游记》、中国画《周总理与边疆青年》等。出版有《农村写生集》、《塞上写生集》。
