徐焕如，别名辛白，江苏宜兴人。擅长绘画、美术理论。1942年在重庆国立艺专学习西洋画，1947年毕业于国立杭州艺专。1949年后参加《解放军画报》创刊。历任中国美术家协会《美术》月刊编辑、中国美术馆展览陈列部编辑。作品有《白梅》等。
